For Basic Listings, the only information collected is Name, Email Address, URL, and Descriptive Information for the Listing. Additional information is collected for Express, Featured, or Site Sponsor Listings.

Your use of our Directory services constitutes a business relationship wherein we provide a listing service for your web site(s). In exchange, we reserve the right to use the contact information collected during site submission to deliver notices regarding changes or updates to our service.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Medi-Smart's Medical Directory maintains your email address and other pertinent personal information provided at the time of your site submission in our server database. Your information is not shared with any other parties and we do not send you newsletters or vendor offers.
