Submission Guidelines

Medi-Smart Medical Directory welcomes websites where the primary theme of the site includes information, products and services of value to the healthcare industry and to health consumers. Our intention is to provide the internet public with a well organized, human reviewed directory of high quality relevant resources.

1. Submit top-level domains only - Example: http://www.medi-smart.com
2. Blog and forum sites are exempt from the rule above.
3. Submit your site to just one category.
4. Choose the category that best describes your site.
5. Use an appropriate name for your site title
6. Use appropriate descriptions and avoid promotional language.
7. Only English language web sites will be reviewed at this time.

Do not submit your website to the Medi-Smart Directory if...

1. It is under construction, difficult to read or navigate, contains broken links.
2. Web site submissions in all capital letters.
3. Site contains or promote adult, hate, or illegal content
4. Sites advertising Viagra or similar products.
5. Web sites in violation of copyright laws.
6. sites that largely consist of affiliate links with no unique content.
7. Adsense scraper sites, or sites with excessive pop-ups or pop-unders
8. Participate in any spam techniques or linking schemes - this includes hidden text, hidden links, mirror sites, doorway pages and all other matter of search engine spam.
9. Multiple entries from same domain will be rejected.

Not only do the above apply, but think of it this way; if your site is not suitable for a major directory listing, then don't waste your time submitting it here. We hate to be so blunt, but the bottom line is we don't want irrelevant results cluttering the Directory Results Pages. All sites are reviewed for approval, and we reserve the right to not accept websites without explanation.

You acknowledge that when you submit a site to Medi-Smart Medical Directory it is for consideration only and may be rejected. In the event of rejection any fees paid at submission will be refunded. If your site submission is rejected then you may appeal the decision by replying to the original rejection email. If the request is received within 30 days of the rejection email your situation will be evaluated and you will be notified of the final decision.

1. Medi-Smart Directory may periodically manually or automatically visit your site to verify its eligibility for continued inclusion. Medi-Smart reserves the right to remove without notice any site that does not meet the minimum requirements for inclusion. Sites submitted free with a reciprocal link may also be periodically checked to ensure that the link is valid and if not we reserve the right to remove the site without notice.
2. We reserve the right to time modify the lisiting information as deemed necessary, including the category in which your website is listed.

Reciprocal Link Options

1. Link back to this site with a static link from a spiderable page. Do not use javascript, frames, redirects or any other method of "hiding" our link from the search engines.
2. Our link must be placed on a page that is accessible from the homepage - SiteMap does NOT COUNT.
3. Reciprocal link must be placed on a page that does not have and never will have more than 30 outgoing links.
4. Once you have added the link, you need to tell us the location of the link to Medi-Smart on the site submission form.
